We received the death certificate for mama Tumaini today and on it it states the cause of death was from a ‘high spinal’ during her elective caesarean section. Such a tragic loss leaving behind this gorgeous vulnerable baby. Makes me so sad. Extra cuddles for you today sweet girl! xx
